About Dr. Ramona Miranda
Dr. Ramona Miranda has a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. With over 28 years of experience in different leadership capacities, Dr. Miranda has dedicated her career to creating leaders who reach their full potential through support and empowerment.
Throughout her endeavors, she has seen the potential in each individual she has supervised and has spent time helping them hone in on their strengths, building upon their skills and capabilities. Another passion of Dr. Miranda is looking at current organizational practices and assessing how organizations can maximize their full power.
